The peroneus muscles stabilize the feet. Above all, they are heavily stressed by wearing high heels and by jumping.


Standard Exercise

Place the MONOBALL on the outside of the calf. Place the other leg on the floor next to the MONOBALL for pressure relief. Roll carefully over the calf from the Achilles tendon to the knee and release your trigger points. Use the second leg to increase or decrease the pressure as needed
