EXERCISES

Standard Exercise

Place the MONOBALL on the hip flexor. Put one leg on the MONOBALL and concentrate the pressure on the hip flexors. Place the passive leg on the floor next to the MONOBALL to relieve pressure. Role carefully to release your trigger points.

Advanced Exercise

Place the MONOBALL on the hip flexor. Put one leg on the MONOBALL and concentrate the pressure on the hip flexors. Put the passive leg on the active one to increase the pressure. Role carefully to release your trigger points.
