Standard Exercise

Place the OKTOWOOD on the shin. Place the other leg on the floor next to the OKTOWOOD for pressure relief. Roll carefully over the anterior tibial muscle and release your trigger points. Use the second leg to increase or decrease the pressure as needed.

Advanced Exercise

To increase the pressure on the tibia, the passive leg can be put on the active one in order to use the pressure of the full body weight.
