Standard Exercise

Place the OKTOWOOD in the middle of the calf. Put the other leg on the floor next to the OKTOWOOD for pressure relief. Carefully roll over the area of the calf from the Achilles tendon insertion to the popliteal fossa and release your trigger points. Use the second leg to increase or decrease the pressure as needed.

Advanced Exercise

To increase the pressure on the calf, the passive leg can be raised and put on the active one in order to use the pressure of the full body weight.
