Standard Exercise

Place the MONOBALL in the middle of the calf. Place the other leg on the floor next to the MONOBALL for pressure relief. Carefully roll on the area of the calf from the Achilles tendon insertion to the popliteal fossa and release your trigger points. Use the second leg to increase or decrease the pressure as needed.
